This palm is part of a series of palms that I have been working on for the past year. I was intrigued by the effect of sunlight on the palms. I liked the way that the light made patterns on the palm fronds. This was from a photograph that I took at Pinecrest Gardens, on an early morning walk, fortunately I had my camera with me and was able to take several photographs of the morning light shining through the palms.
